Nora

Nora loves shoes and socks.  She likes to suck on the kids' shoes in the bin by the door, on my sandals, on my Crocs...  (Yes, it's rather disgusting considering where those shoes have been.  I think she might finally be learning to leave them alone.)

She likes to suck on socks.  Dirty, clean, it doesn't matter.  She was so excited today to find the laundry basket of whites (clean, fortunately).

She's a mover.  And she puts everything in her mouth.  I've had a hard time being productive lately because I have to keep such a close eye on her.  Today from her mouth I pulled a peanut, a wad of paper towel, and a car of Karl's that has loose wheels.  (I know, I should just throw it out, but that's my little boy and one of his favorite monster trucks...)  We were outside yesterday and today I found a LOT of dandelion petals in her diaper.  We've been keeping away from the rhubarb leaves and bleeding heart.

She's been pulling up to stand and can slowly inch her way along the couch if there's a toy she wants.  I'm really hoping she's walking before our big camping adventure this summer.  It would be a lot easier/cleaner/better for those poor chubby knees if she was.

Under the table.
