May 7 Beach Day

What an amazing spring we are having!  This is the earliest we have ever been to the beach.   80 degrees today, hot and sunny.   The water was frigid but Clare still spent a good amount of time wading and splashing (as I would have done at her age).  The kids had fun playing with their cousins.  We went through the McDonald's drive-thru for ice cream cones on the way home. 

The weather is going to turn cold this weekend so I'm glad we thoroughly enjoyed today.
