We parked at Meyer’s Beach and walked the mile or so along the shore to where the caves began. As my family and I wandered through the caves, icicles hanging down above our heads, I kept thinking of a verse that I’d read the other night in Romans 1: “For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made.” Days like this, I am so grateful to be alive!

Apostle Islands
My family and I spent the weekend in the Apostle Islands, just north of Bayfield, WI. The sea caves here are gorgeous to explore by kayak in the summmer. This was my first time exploring the caves on ice, but I highly recommend doing both.
