Sapping and skiing

Playing in the snow. Staying "home" isn't difficult when there's a big field to roam.

Clare gave Nora several rides on the backs of her skis.

Maple Syruping time again!  With cinnamon rolls.  That might have to be an annual tradition.

"Skate" skiing.  Clare used a pair of my very old combi skis and Karl used classic skis and insisted he had skate skiing down.  He didn't.

Nora and Lena found a "horse" in the woods.

Drinking slightly warm maple sap.  A favorite for all our kids.
