I didn't think this was the best toy option for a snowy day, but she insisted. 

Once I enlarged the pattern I was using, I got her hat to fit.  I found the pattern for the hat at this blog and really love it!  It is super easy although I had to make a few adjustments.  I was pretty excited, in our area with a limited selection of fabrics, to find thick anti-pill fleece so inexpensive that her entire hat cost less than $2.
