Aunt Cheryl hosted a birthday tea for Grandma K in her backyard garden. I didn't know what to expect and was amazed to find how much they'd done to decorate: real teacups and saucers, three tiered goodie trays, miniature cream puffs, cupcakes topped with edible pansy flowers, place cards set out, a tea puzzle made of fabric with all the pieces sorted by color... Cheryl and her sister Becky did a fantastic job hosting!
Grandma was the best. She spoke in a British accent as if taking afternoon tea in England were something she did every day.
